we have developed a conceptual theme for the proposed development. It has consist lower ground level due to address an existing land slope and we have allocate 07 number of parking lots there.Groung level kept one unit called UNIT “B” by keeping common lobby area. And above first, second floors and third floor consists two units at each level called as a UNIT A and B. Altogether we can allocate 07 numbers of UNITS in order to council regulation. This is the maximum plot coverage we can achieve in order to the council regulation Lower Ground Level: Area; 4251Sq.ft Ground level (One Typical unit); 1585Sq.ft Typical floor Area (Including common area); 2903Sq.ftX3=8709Sq.ft Total floor area; 14545Sq.ft.
